Wine. At lunch. At dinner. Every day.
Growing up around Italian relatives taught me two things early: always eat well, and never say no to a glass of wine.
My Nonno (granddad) used to drive to the local winery and fill up a 3-litre plastic container with wine, and when it was a celebration, that’s when the bubbles made an appearance.

MANY YEARS LATER...
In 2015, I began my journey in the wine world, working with an Italian wine company, selling to restaurants, bars, and anywhere that loved a good bottle. A few years later, I became one of the youngest sommeliers in the UK.
Over the years, and especially while traveling through Italy, I discovered something that stuck with me: so many incredible wines were being made by small producers wines full of character, history, and place. Some had a presence abroad, but many of the best ones I tasted weren’t being exported at all and certainly not in the way they deserved. Their stories were untold, and their wine, largely unseen outside their local regions.
That’s where the idea started.
I wanted to create something different. Something less formal. Something that made great wine approachable, without losing the tradition, quality, or heart behind it. And above all, something that could be sustainable and genuinely rooted in the culture that inspired it.
